Operation of Land Fragmentation Control and Chakla Bandi Program
: (1) The Council may make recommendations to the Government of Nepal to control land fragmentation and conduct Chakla Bandi Program in any or all areas of Nepal. It will be able to conduct programs related to land fragmentation control and encroachment by publication.
